Bank auction properties, open now

Buy property at the bank's own reserve price.

Banks have to sell the property behind a bad loan, and they publish a sale notice when they do. We put those notices somewhere you can actually read them: price, deposit, last date, and the officer to call.

Coming soon

A WhatsApp community for buyers: new listings the moment they go up, closing-date reminders, and a place to ask a question before you bid.

How it works

Find the lot, read the bank's notice, pay the EMD to the bank, bid on the bank's portal.

FAQs

What do you charge?
Nothing. There is no commission, no brokerage and no listing fee. Money moves between you and the bank.
Where do these properties come from?
From the sale notices banks publish when they auction a property under SARFAESI. Every listing links back to the notice it came from.
Do you handle the EMD or the bidding?
No. The deposit goes to the bank and the bidding happens on the bank's own auction portal. We never take your money.
Can I see the property first?
Inspection dates are in the bank's notice. Call the officer listed on the property page and ask; the number is theirs, not ours.
Are the figures guaranteed?
They are copied from the notice, and the notice is linked so you can check. If the bank corrects a figure, the listing follows.
